Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient and it will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.
If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Pre-order listings will ship during the time frame listed on the product listing.
Standard Shipping - once you have received a shipping notification, please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic delivery, and up to 3-4 weeks for international delivery.
Express Shipping - please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery, and up to 2 weeks for international delivery.
Return / Exchange Policy
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item. Please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com to initiate the return process. Requests initiated after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.
Please return your item in its original condition, and in the original Oberforz packaging. We can not accept returned items with any wear and tear. Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, un-used condition, and in original packaging. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
We do not accept returns on MASKS for hygiene safety.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
Any products purchased from a retail location will have to adhere to the return/exchange policy of the retail location you purchased from.
As a very small brand, we sadly cannot cover the cost of returns.
From the time your package arrives at our facility it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Problem With Your Package
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact Canada Post. Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. If your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with Canada Post is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please make sure to include this information in your message to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
