If you receive your item and have a change of heart, we are happy to accept returns for full priced items as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery date.
The item(s) must be in the post back to us within 14 days of receipt. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return timeframe.
At this current stage we only offer exchange or store credit for your next purchase, we do not issue refunds to original method of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires.
Fashion Face Coverings, Accessorie, and Intimates are NOT eligible for Exchange or Store Credit.
Make A Return
Please submitted your Return Request by contacting us via email email@example.com, we will review your request and provide detailed return instructions. Requests initiated after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.
Please ensure you include your original proof of purchase, order number, and reason for return inside your package so we can identify you.
The products must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a Store Credit or Exchange. This includes the original packaging.
Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original condition may result in a delay, or may not qualify for a store credit or exchange. In this case, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges in case they choose to keep it.
From the time your package arrives at our facility it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality review, once your return has been processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. Postage costs of sending any product back to us falls with the customer.
